Day 1 – Arrival at Hotel Hirschen in Imst
After checking in in the evening, a regional 4-course menu with choice and a salad buffet awaits you in the „suitable“ room of the traditional inn for your group.
- Overnight stay/breakfast in the hotel.
Day 2 – A 4-course menu „Hiking“
In the morning, after an extensive breakfast buffet, you will meet your tour guide (on request) and hike through the Imst Rosengarten Gorge to Hoch-Imst.
After you have hiked through this enchanting gorge, return to the 1st course, a starter in the Restaurant Sonneck in Hoch Imst, where Tyrolean delicacies and a glass of wine or other drink of your choice are available for tasting.
The lift next to the restaurant takes you further up to the Untermarkter Alm.
Here you get the 2nd course, a delicious main course and also a good glass of wine or another drink of your choice. After this refreshment you have to hike up the 3rd course, the dessert (Hüttenschmarrn/Kaiserschmarrn). But don’t worry, it’s not far and you will be rewarded with the next delicacies.
At the Latschenhütte you can then feast in a rustic and homely atmosphere. Landlady Waltraud serves real Tyrolean delicacies.
After a short, slightly downhill hike, the Alpine Coaster, the longest Alpine roller coaster in the world, takes you back to Hoch-Imst.
From there the bus will take you to the Starkenberg brewery for the 4th and last course. At the end of the „Beer Myth“ you will be rewarded with delicacies from the region and draft beer as you like.
Then return home.
